You may not use our website or products for any illegal, unsafe, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

Product Information

CapyMood offers collectible desk products, including CapyMech™ magnetic modular mecha capybara figures.

CapyMech™ is designed as a collectible display figure and interactive magnetic desk toy. It is not designed as a children’s toy, pet toy, chew toy, or safety product.

We do our best to display product colors, details, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, surface finish, glow effect, and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, production differences, and product photography.

3D-Printed Product Note

CapyMech™ is a 3D-printed, hand-finished collectible. It is not made like a mass injection-molded plastic toy.

Small layer lines, subtle surface marks, and slight finish variations may be visible up close. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed collectibles and do not affect the magnetic assembly, light-up display, or overall use of the product.

Normal 3D-printing characteristics are not considered product defects.

Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment details.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review any order if we believe the order information is incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, suspicious, or violates these Terms.

Prices are shown on the product page and checkout page. Prices, promotions, bundles, and availability may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Shipping

Order processing and delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs checks, local delivery conditions, or other situations outside our control.

If we expect a significant delay, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout with available next steps.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be accepted within 20 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in good condition and include the complete set, including the Capybara Base Figure, Clap-Light Display Base, Magnetic Armor Kit, included accessories, and parts.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@capymood.store.

If your order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Product Safety

CapyMech™ includes small magnetic parts and a light-up display base. Please keep small components away from young children and pets to avoid choking, ingestion, or other safety risks.

Do not swallow magnets or small parts. If magnets or small parts are swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

Keep the light-up base away from water, excessive heat, rough handling, and impact. Do not force, bend, break, modify, or disassemble the parts.

Our products should be handled gently and used as intended for display, light handling, and reconfiguration.

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product names, logos, videos, layout elements, and product descriptions, is owned by or licensed to CapyMood unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
