Custom embroidered products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a product quality issue, damage, or an incorrect item caused by our error.
Shipping and Delivery

Regular items usually ship within 3–4 business days.
Hand-finished or custom-prepared Style Drop plushies usually ship within 5–7 business days.
Orders with embroidery or additional custom details usually ship within 7–10 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is usually 5–7 business days.
Shipping times may vary due to holidays, product drops, high-demand periods, carrier delays, customs delays, weather conditions, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available.
Returns and Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Unused regular items may be eligible for return or exchange according to our return policy.
Customized products, embroidered items, used items, final sale items, and mystery items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a product quality issue, damage, or an incorrect item caused by our error.
